Welcome

Welcome to the blog site of Montage Youth Ministries.

This blog will provide parents and students updates about events, current studies and a way to communicate while we are gone on our winter and summer camps.

we are home.

The drive home was a little long but I think that every moment was enjoyed by all.

I wanted to let you know about our post-camp party on Friday the 13th.  We will be having a potluck dinner, a recap of the lessons that we learned and a video montage of the week.

e-mail me if you would like to come and what you would like to bring. Dan@GPCvista.org

Morning time

The first day on the boats has been going great. As I type the kids are playing the game called "signs" and recovery from a intense morning out on the ski boats.

There has been plenty of banana boating, wake-boarding, and knee boarding. We also had our group quiet time. Here are some pictures to hold you over.

Prep

I thought I would do a test run to see what the post will look like from my iPhone.

I can't believe that we are only 2 days away from our summer camp.

It will be a great week. Feel free to leave comments on the blog and while we are gone and I will pass them along to the youth.

Thanks for your prayers and support of the youth ministry!

Our Speaker

Here is a bio about our speaker who we will be spending the week with.

Bio: Jessy Osehan has been the High School Director at Presbyterian Church of the Master in Mission Viejo for 2 years, and has worked with High School students for the last ten years. She lives in San Clemente with her friends, and spends a lot of time at Forest Home Conference Center working various conferences.

You can look on the right side of the blog for a brief idea of what we will be studying each night.  Please be praying for the hearts of the students on the trip that God would be at work in their lives bring them closer to him.

We are very excited and blessed to have her with us this week.

In the evenings we will be joining two other churches for our bible study and musical worship settings.
